We encourage you to use "strong" passwords (passwords that use a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols) with your account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

Account Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any breach of security or unauthorised use of your account. We will not be liable for any losses caused by any unauthorised use of your account.

Beta Program Access: During the beta period, access to the service may be provided free of charge or at a reduced rate, as specified in your beta invitation. Any payment terms specific to the beta program will be communicated separately.

Future Subscription Plans: After the beta period ends, we plan to offer various subscription plans for our services. The features and limitations of each plan will be described on our website at that time.

No Automatic Conversion: Your participation in the beta program does not automatically entitle you to a paid subscription when the service launches commercially. You will be given the opportunity to subscribe to a paid plan at the end of the beta period.

Authensight.io provides an anti-counterfeiting intelligence platform that delivers daily briefings and weekly strategic recaps on topics related to brand protection, authentication, and anti-counterfeiting.

Content Delivery: Our service monitors global sources in multiple languages and delivers filtered, relevant content to beta participants based on their professional roles and preferences.

No Guarantee of Accuracy: While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided through our service. The content is provided for general information purposes only and should not be relied upon as legal, financial, or professional advice.

Service Modifications: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

ALTANEST SAS MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT:

• THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS
• THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE
• THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE
• THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS

ANY MATERIAL DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE SERVICE IS DONE AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK. YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM THE DOWNLOAD OF ANY SUCH MATERIAL.

THESE DISCLAIMERS APPLY WITH PARTICULAR FORCE DURING THE BETA PERIOD, WHEN THE SERVICE IS STILL UNDER DEVELOPMENT AND TESTING.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ALTANEST SAS, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, THAT RESULT FROM THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT WILL ALTANEST SAS'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID ALTANEST SAS IN THE LAST SIX (6) MONTHS, OR, IF GREATER, ONE HUNDRED EUROS (€100).

THE LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY SET FORTH ABOVE SHALL APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Altanest SAS, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the service, including, but not limited to, your User Content, any use of the service's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorised in these Terms.

Termination by You: You may terminate your participation in the beta program at any time by following the instructions on our website or by contacting us at contact@authensight.io.

Termination by Us: We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. If your account is terminated due to your breach of these Terms, you may not register for a new account without our permission.

Survival: All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Annecy, France, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms.

Your continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the service.
